Description
Web Site Creator (Wesic) is not as cool a util as it sounds (nice try, though). It basically takes constructs webpages using three pieces: the top bit, the middle bit and the bottom bit.
For instance, on this page the top bit is the ROPE title and the page selection on the left. The middle bit is this text and the bottom bit is the copyright notice. The top and bottom bits are standard on all pages while the middle bit is variable. As you can see this is very useful for big sites with page selections. It would be a huge task to go and modify that part of the code every time you wanted to change something.
BTW, this site was built using Wesic! :)
News
I've got a functional version of wesic up and running so I'll be releasing that as soon as I get some documentation over and done with. If you think wesic's the best perl script since sliced bread then e-mail me and I'll send you the rough copy.

Wesic is a Perl script and thus you need Perl. Perl5 works fine - I don't know if earlier versions work. The latest version of Wesic can be found at:
Currently wesic has not been released (see News).
